Rachel holds a Level 4 Advanced practice in work with Children and Families. Rachel has many years experience in leadership roles within early years settings. Rachel loves baking with the children and exploring the creative corner. Rachel brings lots of new and exciting ideas to the pre-school and leads her team with confidence.
Charlotte joined The Treehouse Preschool as our Deputy Leader and head SENCO in September 2021. Charlotte brings a wealth of experience as a deputy manager and room leader in settings across Buckinghamshire as well as experience with SENCO. Charlotte loves reading stories and is full of energy, bringing lots of fun, exciting games and ideas for the children to enjoy.
Lis holds a Level 2 childcare qualification and has nearly completed her level 3 in childcare. She has previously spent some time in China, volunteering in an orphanage. Lis loves experimenting with the children and is full of creativity and fun. Lis is our room leader and lead for the 3 year olds and children transitioning to school. Lis loves helping the children grow and build up their confidence, ready for school.
Michelle holds a Level 2 childcare qualification and has worked for 7 years at the Preschool. Michelle is warm and calm and all the children love her. She enjoys reading stories and encouraging children to develop their physical and emotional skills.
Laura holds a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification. Laura is our room leader and 2 year old lead, she joined The Treehouse Preschool in 2020. Laura is always smiling and loves exploring the garden with all the children. Laura has lots of 2 year old experience and is kind and caring to all our younger children in the pre-school. She loves helping them all achieve to their best potential.
Anita holds a level 3 in childcare and has been working with children for many years. Anita loves being outside with the children and exploring the nature around us!
Anita enjoys singing and dancing with the children. she is kind and caring to all our children and loves lots of role play activities.
